Each Subscription and the associated rights and privileges are personal and non-transferable. Any and/or all Subscription fee payments are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

m) You can pay your Subscription fees using a credit card, debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay. We will charge your selected payment method for the first Subscription fee on the date we process your order. Once your payment method has been charged, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that you can access the Subscription-only sections and Materials of the Service.

n) Depending on the billing option You select when registering for Subscription, We will automatically renew Your Subscription on the monthly or yearly anniversary of the date we charged Your chosen payment method for the initial Subscription fee. With your authorization during the sign-up process, we will charge your selected payment method for the applicable Subscription fee along with taxes that may apply (unless you cancel prior to the anniversary date). Each Subscription renewal period lasts either one month or one year, depending on the billing option you choose. You may cancel or downgrade your Subscription at any time through the Service or by contacting us at admin@contiq.io. If you choose to downgrade or cancel, you will retain access to your current Subscription benefits until the end of the paid subscription period, after which your benefits will downgrade or expire.

o) You are responsible for paying any applicable sales and use taxes associated with your Subscription based on the mailing address you provide when registering as a Subscriber, and you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for any such applicable taxes.

p) You agree to cover all applicable fees associated with your use of the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and/or access to the Service if your payment is overdue or if your chosen payment method (such as net banking, credit card, debit card, etc.) cannot be processed. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees to that method, along with any associated taxes and charges, at regular intervals based on your specific Subscription and services.

q) We understand that you may choose to cancel your account, please be aware that we do not issue refunds, and you will be responsible for settling any remaining balance on your account. To simplify the process, you agree that we may charge any outstanding fees to your provided payment method or send you a bill for those unpaid fees.

r) Contiq uses YouTube API Services and by incorporating YouTube Content in our Site and Services, you agree to adhere to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. Third-party social networking platforms, such as Google and YouTube, may periodically update their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies, and Contiq is not responsible for your awareness of any modifications or updates. We recommend that you regularly review YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. The Service also allows for linking with various third-party online services, including YouTube ("Third-Party Services"). To utilize these features, we may require you to authenticate, register, or log into Third-Party Services through our Service or directly on the websites of those providers. If applicable, you may also configure your privacy settings within the third-party site to allow your activities on our Service to be shared with your contacts in that account. You acknowledge that the Sites, Services, and Content are safeguarded by copyright, trademark, and other laws from the United States and other nations. You agree not to remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark, or other proprietary notices present in or accompanying the Sites, Services, or Content.

b. Rights in User Content Granted by You

By making any User Content available through the Sites or Services, you grant Contiq a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, and distribute your User Content in connection with the operation and provision of the Services and Content. You are entirely responsible for your User Content. You represent and warrant that you either own all rights to your User Content or possess the necessary rights to grant us the license rights for your User Content per this Agreement. Additionally, you affirm that your User Content, and your use and provision of User Content through the Sites or Services, do not infringe upon or violate any third party's intellectual property rights, rights of publicity or privacy, or any applicable laws or regulations.

c. Rights in Content Granted by Contiq

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Contiq grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to view, copy, display, and print the Content solely for your permitted use of the Sites and Services.

d. Content from YouTube

Contiq accesses public Content from third-party social networking platforms, such as YouTube. By using YouTube Content within Contiq's Sites and Services, you agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy. Keep in mind that third-party services like Google and YouTube may update their Terms of Service and Privacy Policies periodically, and Contiq is not responsible for your awareness of such changes. We recommend reviewing YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy regularly.

e. Content from Authenticated Social Networking Site Accounts

If you have an Account, you may opt to link it with third-party social networking services (like Facebook, Google, or YouTube) associated with your accounts (each a "Third Party Account"). You can do this by either: (i) providing your Third Party Account login details to Contiq via the Sites or Services; or (ii) permitting Contiq to access your Third Party Account as allowed under the applicable terms that govern your use of that Third Party Account. You represent that you have the right to disclose your Third Party Account login details to Contiq and/or grant Contiq access to your Third Party Account, without breaching any terms governing your use of that account or incurring any fees or usage restrictions imposed by those third-party providers.

By granting Contiq access to any Third Party Accounts, you acknowledge that Contiq may access, make available, and store (if applicable) any Content stored in your Third Party Account ("Third Party Account Content") so that it can be accessed through the Sites and/or Services (as further detailed in our Privacy Policy). Unless otherwise specified, all Third Party Account Content will be treated as User Content for all intents and purposes of this Agreement. Note that if a Third Party Account or related service becomes unavailable, or if Contiq's access to that account is terminated by the third-party service provider, the associated Third Party Account Content will no longer be accessible through the Sites or Services.

You can disconnect your Account from your Third Party Accounts at any time using the Sites and/or Services. Please be aware that your relationship with third-party service providers related to your Third Party Accounts is governed exclusively by your agreements with those providers. Contiq does not review any Third Party Account Content for accuracy, legality, or non-infringement, and is not responsible for any Third Party Account Content.

User Generated Content

Visitors to our website may post reviews, comments, and other content; send e-cards and other communications; and submit suggestions, ideas, comments, questions, or other information, as long as the content is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property rights or otherwise injurious to the third party or objectionable and does not consist of or contain a software virus, political campaigning, commercial solicitation, mass mailing or any form of spam. Contiq will not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website.

Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Contiq. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, Contiq shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Notwithstanding what is mentioned herein, Contiq reserves the right to monitor all Comments and to remove any Comments which can be considered inappropriate, offensive, unauthorized or cause breach of these Terms and Conditions.

False information: You may not use a false email address, impersonate any person or entity, or otherwise mislead as to the origin of a card or other content. Contiq reserves the right (but not the obligation) to remove or edit such content but does not regularly review posted content.
