Sales & Refund Policy

This Sales and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Contiq, a product of Infodapt Solutions Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). By subscribing to any paid plan, you agree to the terms set out below.

1. Subscription Plans

Contiq offers subscription-based access to its AI-powered YouTube analytics platform. Plans are available on a monthly or annual basis. Details of current plans and pricing are listed on our Pricing page.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes (including GST at the prevailing rate) will be added at checkout where required by law.

2. Payment & Billing

(a) Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan you choose). Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

(b) We accept payments via credit card, debit card, UPI, and other payment methods made available at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

(c) If a payment fails, we will notify you by email. Access to paid features may be suspended until the outstanding amount is settled.

(d) Invoices and billing history are available in your account settings.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for select plans. No payment is required during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged for the applicable plan. We will send a reminder email before the trial expires.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us at admin@contiq.io. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.

Cancelling your subscription does not delete your account or your data. You can reactivate at any time.

5. Refund Policy

(a) 7-Day Refund Window. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the initial subscription charge. This applies to first-time purchases only and does not apply to renewals.

(b) No Refunds on Renewals. Subscription renewal charges are non-refundable. We recommend cancelling your subscription before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.

(c) Annual Plans. For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 7-day refund window, we will consider pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the subscription on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at admin@contiq.io to request a review.

(d) Exceptions. Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.

6. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately and are billed on a pro-rated basis for the remainder of the current billing cycle. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

7. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price change by email or through an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the new pricing.
